Our CEO Mark O’Neil was invited to join the strong line up of panelists at Informa’s Women in Shipping webinar to discuss ‘The Road to Recovery: The business case for Diversity and Inclusion’. The debate covered the response to the COVID-19 crisis and new changes to the workplace which involve new mindsets to actively incorporate diversity and inclusion. Mark O’Neil said: “The Women in Shipping Summit was a strong focal point for the industry to remember that diversity and inclusion strategies need to go further.
